Kenneth H. Slack, CPA, Partner
Before forming Stephano Slack, Ken was a managing partner at Slack CPA, a West Chester-based public accounting firm he founded in 1986 whose clients were focused in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and technical service industries. Prior to entering public accounting, Ken served as a controller for two major manufacturing companies.
Ken graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in accounting and is a licensed CPA in both Pennsylvania and Florida. The former North American Director of International Grouping of Accountants and Lawyers, Ken currently serves on several local boards including Chester County Hospital, Meridian Bank, and Camp Cadet of Chester County. Ken is a member of AICPA, PICPA, and FICPA.
