n January 17, 2013, Stephano Slack LLC was informed by the AICPA/PICPA/DSCPA/VISCPA that they accepted our report and we have passed our Peer Review for the year ended May 31, 2012. Peer review occurs every three years and requires that we have a review of our system of quality control for our accounting and auditing practice in effect for the year ended May 31, 2012, that has been designed to meet the requirements of the quality control standards for an accounting and auditing practice established by the AICPA and that was complied with during the year then ended to provide our Firm with reasonable assurance of conforming with professional standards
