Edward A. Plasky has more than 40 years of public accounting experience. Ed provides tax, accounting and management services to manufacturing, food service, technology, retailing, finance, real estate, construction and distribution clients as well as professional practices.

He has extensive experience with tax audits, tax planning and works closely with clients in the purchase, financing and sale of businesses and professional practices and participates in the drafting of shareholder and partnership agreements.

Ed is a member of the Firm’s executive committee.
