A creative thinker and hard worker, Jay helps lead our Accounting and Auditing department where he supervises a wide range of engagements. He’s lauded by clients for his keen, service-first approach and initiative to go over and beyond. A collaborative partner through and through, he also takes the time to share his expertise with the team. 

A self-starter himself—from intern and now a partner at the firm—he is dedicated to mentoring and helping with the professional development of new staff members. As part of the Best Places to Work Committee, his unique insight is valuable in attracting and retaining top talent. A self-confessed technology nerd, Jay is also integral to our technology initiatives and ensures our software takes Stephano Slack to the next level and makes clients’ lives easier. 

Jay lives in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, with his wife, daughter, and the family dogs. When not at work, he spends quality, fun time with his family and loves to golf, travel, and complete home improvement projects. Jay is also the reigning champion of the Stephano Slack ping pong table. He earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from James Madison University College of Business.
