Lou is a Partner in the Audit department at Stephano Slack's Wayne office. He joined the firm in 2024, bringing over three decades of expertise to the Philadelphia business community, where he has been an influential figure since beginning his accounting career in 1990.

Lou earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Villanova University. He has since built a distinguished career serving public and private companies throughout the region.

At work, Lou specializes in SEC financial reporting, with a particular focus on managing REG-A filings—an essential process for smaller companies seeking capital through public offerings. His extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, including reverse mergers, combined with his expertise in PCAOB audits for U.S. public companies, positions him as a valuable resource for his clients.

Outside of work, Lou is an avid sports fan and a season ticket holder for the Philadelphia Eagles. He also enjoys traveling and investing in his spare time.
