Matt is the Manager and Practice Leader in our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) department and works out of our Wayne office. He is both a CPA and CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) with over 8 years of professional services experience, with the prior 3 years in transaction advisory services.

He has worked on more than 25 due diligence projects including sell-side projects and add-ons for buy-side transactions, with transaction values ranging from $1 million to $130 million. Matt started his accounting career in the audit and attestation group at Stephano Slack in 2015 and has a wealth of experience serving companies in the lower middle market, with an industry focus on manufacturing and distribution, construction services, and professional services.

Matt attended Boston College, where he obtained a B.S. in Management with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting. Matt is set to graduate from ACG University and Leadership Chester County in May 2024.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Matt is deeply involved in giving back to the community. When he's not in the office, you'll find him on the golf course, hanging out with his wife and dog, Rascal, or actively volunteering with organizations such as Folds of Honor, Bournelyf Special Camp, and various other nonprofits in the local area. Matt values the power of networking, recognizing its importance in building connections and fostering community engagement.
